Freezer and Pantry Inventory List Free Printable

Here’s an old favorite – a freezer and pantry inventory sheet that is free for you to download. The print area is set to include everything except the totals and quantities. I use those personally when I am updating my spreadsheet before I place it on the freezer or in the pantry so that I can see how we’re doing and what needs to be re-upped.

When you are using your freezer & pantry inventory sheets, the empty boxes are there so that you can add a slash \ to represent one unit of whatever it is you are recording. When you use it, you simply mark a backslash over the slash / to represent (X) that it has been completely used. In the Partial? column, I simply put a checkmark if the item has been opened. If I have more than one of the item, I add a new checkmark if I use another one.

We print these out and use them on both our freezer and our pantry – it makes creating a shopping list quick and easy! The categories are now set to print on the sheets because we found that some items have descriptions that are fairly similar.
