Recipe: Shake ‘n’ Bake Chicken Parmesan
This is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that is great paired with broccoli and other veggies for a light, lean dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 6 pieces
- Parmesan Shake 'n' Bake
- 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Fill medium sized bowl halfway with water.
- Pour one bag of Shake 'n' Bake into a gallon size zip top bag or the bag included with the package.
- Dip chicken in water, shake off excess water, put in bag and shake to cover with crumbs.
- Take chicken out of bag and put on foil lined cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Top each piece of chicken with a tablespoon or two of spaghetti sauce and a pinch of shredded cheese.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.
