Learning The Process – Mamavation Checkup

My dear readers,

I know you supported me during my quest to become a Mamavation Mom, and you may be wondering where the Mamavation Monday posts have been the last couple of weeks. I took the last two weeks to get adjusted to the new schedule – you see, it’s not JUST making the time for exercise and following the meal plan that we’re doing. It takes time to make sure that we share with YOU all the ups and downs, ins and outs, happy and hard times as Mamavation Moms. It’s a process we’re learning as we go along, and it’s been a super fun ride. My fellow Mamavation Moms Jeanae (@jeanae) and Rebecca (@RUtheMOMof) have been instrumental in my success to date. They make everything so much more fun just by being their awesome selves.

Today I’m checking in with you to make sure you know I’m still working it, and to be entered into the giveaway for this week’s blogging carnival. My official Mamavation Mom post for this week is all about how I’m overcoming mental blocks to kick butt in this program. As of last Sunday, I have lost 15 pounds and 5 inches since I applied! My big focus last week was on the workouts that were provided for us, and in that post I talk about how I kicked my own butt to get the workouts done. This week, we’re focusing on the nutrition plan and I can’t wait to talk to you about it on Tuesday on Mamavation.com.
